The Residential Product Performance Scale will help you compare performance values for the five characteristics identified on the Lighting Facts Label to performance values for those same characteristics in standard residential lighting technologies. The Residential Product Performance Scale is a tool to help you evaluate LED products to determine whether they are appropriate for the residential lighting application that the LED products are intended to be used.
The Lighting Facts label is registered to the U.S. Department of Energy. Only products that are registered and listed on the Lighting Facts Products list may use the Lighting Facts label provided to manufacturers in accordance with the Program requirements. Any unauthorized use, reproduction or recreation of this label will be subject to penalties for trademark infringement.
